Jeremy's Story

Jeremy Bowker is a Sound Designer and Supervising Sound Editor at Skywalker Sound.  Since being recruited by Director of Sound Design, Randy Thom, in 2006 he has worked for directors such as Robert Zemeckis, Pete Docter, and Brad Bird. He’s also collaborated with sound design leading industry icons such as Gary Rydstrom, Ben Burtt & Ren Klyce. Mr. Bowker holds 4 Golden Reel Awards, multiple MPSE nominations & 2 Emmy nominations. Originally from Augusta, Maine, Jeremy has lived in the Pacific Northwest, British Columbia, Alaska, and Montana, where he often returns to record a fresh palate of sounds for upcoming projects. He currently resides with his wife & dachshund in Marin County, California.
