Bob's Story

 

Bob Edwards is a Supervisor, Sound Designer, Editor and Re-Recording Mixer at Skywalker Sound. During his thirty-six years at Skywalker he has contributed to narrative films, documentaries, television and streaming projects,

and film scores.

Bob was awarded a News and Documentary Emmy for his work on the Netflix documentary

FIRE IN PARADISE and a Cinema Audio Society Award for THE YOUNG INDIANA JONES CHRONICLES.

 

Before transitioning to film sound, Bob was a music recording engineer at Record Plant Recording Studios in Sausalito and Los Angeles. He went on to record album projects in Austin, Nashville, Aspen, New York and London.
